Support the Performing Arts!
We find ourselves faced with a new challenging financial reality as a small entity existing during a pandemic. A month ago, SitW was steadily on track- now, understandably, things look very different. Fundraising at a time like this, is difficult. Uncomfortable, even. We know that everyone, to one degree or another, is feeling the financial strains of the unprecedented changes so rapidly occurring. If you are in a position to support us at any amount, we are eternally grateful. If not, we understand with complete compassion. We are all finding our way through this, as individuals and as a community, and whatever your version of “support” looks like right now, we are thankful for. All donations will go towards our return to programming in 2021.
Theatre is expensive, there's no way around it.
We believe that the artists involved (cast and crew, alike) should be fairly compensated for the many, many hours of work that go into each production. In order to bring you the highest caliber of performance possible, we rely on the generosity of financial support from patrons like you. If you believe in the performing arts, and are excited by what you've discovered on our website, please contribute to our 2021 season goal of $50,000!
Here's what that amount goes towards:
- Fair wages for cast and creative team
- Housing & transportation
- Set materials
- Costume materials
- Tech & stage (lighting, sound, actual stage) materials
- Promotion/Visibility content
